• Reception hours - 7.30 am - 10.15 pm (check-in arrangements are provided for arrivals outside of these times)
• Airport bus transfers - The Airport Express Bus departs the airport for Potts Point approximately every ½ hour. The bus stop is across the road from Challis Lodge. Alternatively there is a mini van shuttle service which will drop off outside the hotel. They are located outside the international terminal
• Airport rail transfers - There is a rail service from the airport to Kings Cross, however you need to change trains at Central Station
